① You place an order and leave your wish in the text box.

② We take your message to a temple to offer the incense.

③ We record the entire incense offering process.

④ We send you the video via email you leave at checkout.

<Why is the service non-refundable?>

As each ceremony is a personalized, one-on-one spiritual undertaking that cannot be revoked. This is out of respect for the sacred tradition. Please understand.🙏
